In today’s digital age, the importance of sports is even more pronounced.  Children stand to gain a lot from engaging in sports. Sports offer children a change from the monotony of their daily life. It is also a useful means of entertainment and physical activity for them. Sports leads to a child’s mental and physical growth. They get to fill their lungs with oxygen and get an endorphine rush. Engaging in sports early on will lead to inculcation of the habit later on in life as well.

These recreational activities promote a healthy lifestyle and reduce habits that may lead them to high cholesterol, diabetes, high blood pressure, joint pain, strokes, heart disease, and other serious diseases. When students are physically fit, they automatically achieve more academically. Sports help develop a sense of camaraderie among children and develop their team spirit. They help children to become mentally and physically tough. Sports get their bodies into good shape and keep them fit and active.
Insight Sports Academy aims in keeping the candidate fit and healthy and believes that “ a fit mind can only be in a fit body”. To nurture this belief, facilities for various  sports are provided on the campus of Insight Academy with an intention of instilling the spirit of sportsmanship as well as competition among our students, thereby keeping them fit and healthy. Within the campus, we have facilities like basketball court, tennis court, cricket pitch, badminton court, volley ball court and place for hockey and football , swimming pool, toddlers pool.
